I am very happy with the service from Air- Temp. The office staff is wonderful, I mostly have dealt with Emily but they are all so kind and helpful. The techs are very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing and if they need a part . They really went out of their way to explain about a new box needed on the roof. Even took pictures and I appreciate the explanation. I have had Kevin come to my place a few times and he was so efficient and helpful. Very polite and professional. This summer is insanely hot and their jobs are very hard to do in the heat. And the demand for their services is also high. When I had a small issue, Emily was kind enough to get appointment in good time. They are very fair with prices and stand by their work. Thank you Air-Temp!!!

After calling a few companies for installation of a ductless mini split ac and heating system. I called Air Temp. They sent over an expert Daniel who told me about the PSE&G offer. After a couple of weeks dealing with PSE&G we were approved and they got to work. They arrived on time and within 3 days they installed four units to my house. They were professional.
